How long will it take to receive my shipment?

In general, your shipment will be shipped out on the next working day of receipt of your payment. For custom orders or out-of-stock orders, you may need to wait for an up-to-15-working-day lead time, the updates of which will be sent to you without any delay.

In order to provide the most competitive prices to however without impairing the wonderful purchasing experience of our customers, we use forwarder shipping services to deliver the shipments. The process will be the following:

1. We deliver the shipment to our forwarder – it may take 1 to 2 days for the forwarder to receive the shipment in their warehouse.

2. Once the forwarder receives the shipment in their warehouse, they will notify us and then forward the shipment to DHL/FedEx/ePacket according to our instructions. After that, they will notify us about the tracking number of the shipment within 2 days. Then we will notify our customers about the shipping courier and tracking number accordingly without any delay.

After the shipment is delivered to the courier, the period of time for the delivery will depend on courier. For example, based on our experience, it may take about 10 to 15 days for a shipment to be received by a customer located in the United States if the shipment is being shipped via ePacket; and if being shipped via DHL/FedEx, the time frame will be reduced to about 3 to 7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Wire Transfer, West Union, Payoneer, Paypal and Credit Card. The Credit Card payments will be handled by Paypal and we don’t store any of your Credit Card information.

Are your CZ stones machine-cut or hand cut?

CZ stones of regular cuttings (including all in the category of Cubic Zirconia Shapes and most in the category of the Custom Orders) are machine-cut, which account for the vast majority of our loose CZ’s. The other custom cut CZ stones are hand-cut.

Where will the shipment be shipped out?

The shipment will be shipped out from China.

Can I get refund if the shipment comes in too late?

We do not provide refund due to the sole reason of shipment delay, as it is an issue which depends on the shipping companies and current situations, which is totally out of our control.

If you have a tight deadline for the shipment, kindly choose courier as shipping method during your checkout process, which is much faster than shipping via ePacket which is a post service.

If you shipment is delayed, please be patient. You may also contact us (after logging in) via the Contact Us page. We will assist you as possible as we can under such situation.

How can I become a VIP, SVIP or UVIP member?

Any returning customer will get the VIP membership automatically, with which the customer can enjoy a 5% discount for any future orders of any amount.

The SVIP and UVIP memberships are granted on an application basis.

Once the total amount of all orders that you’ve ever placed to us accumulates to $1000, you may submit application for and we may grant you the SVIP membership and you will get 10% discount for any future orders of any amount.

Once the total amount of all orders that you’ve ever placed to us accumulates to $3000, you may submit application for and we may grant you the UVIP membership and you will get 15% discount for any future orders of any amount.

Can you drop-ship for me?

I’m not satisfied with the goods. What can I do?

After you receive the products, if there’s any shortage or if you are not satisfied with the quality, you may send us your comments or requests for improvement, replacement or refund via the Contact Us page. We offer 30-day Money Back Guarantee in such cases.
